Besan Masala Roti
Ingredients:
1 cup whole wheat flour
½ cup gram flour (besan)
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 green chili, chopped
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp cumin seeds
Salt to taste
1 tbsp oil
Water as needed
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix wheat flour, gram flour, onion, green chili, spices, salt, and oil.
Add water gradually and knead into a soft dough. Rest for 10 minutes.
Divide dough into balls and roll into medium-thick rotis.
Cook on a hot pan with a little oil or ghee until both sides are golden.
