Besan Masala Roti

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour

  • ½ cup gram flour (besan)

  • 1 small onion, finely chopped

  • 1 green chili, chopped

  • ½ tsp turmeric powder

  • 1 tsp red chili powder

  • 1 tsp cumin seeds

  • Salt to taste

  • 1 tbsp oil

  • Water as needed

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix wheat flour, gram flour, onion, green chili, spices, salt, and oil.

  2. Add water gradually and knead into a soft dough. Rest for 10 minutes.

  3. Divide dough into balls and roll into medium-thick rotis.

  4. Cook on a hot pan with a little oil or ghee until both sides are golden.
