Bathua Raita
Ingredients:
1 cup fresh bathua leaves, washed
1 cup yogurt (curd)
½ tsp roasted cumin powder
¼ tsp red chili powder
Salt to taste
1 green chili, finely chopped (optional)
Instructions:
Boil bathua leaves in water for 3–4 minutes until soft. Drain and cool.
Grind or finely chop the cooked leaves.
Whisk yogurt in a bowl until smooth.
Mix bathua into the yogurt.
Add cumin powder, red chili powder, salt, and green chili. Mix well.
